The team at RP are efficient, effective and honest. Whilst driving home my clutch stopped working all together. I dropped in completely unnanounced as a new customer.

They swiftly diagnosed the issue, organised the part needed for me and were most accommodating.

During the repair they noted other mechanical failures and provided videos of the parts in question. We proceeded to fix all the issues.

Upon collecting my van, they showed me the parts that were compromised. A level of transparency you dont normally see.

The fee for service was very reasonable. But most importantly my van drives better than it ever has.

I really appreciate established businesses like this whom clearly hold strong values of customer service.

I recently moved to the area and visited Ross for the first time after he came highly recommended by my neighbour — and I can absolutely see why.

I had my car serviced and everything was explained clearly and honestly. He took the time to go through what needed to be done and why, which I really appreciated. I also had a headlight changed — when it didn’t work properly, he replaced it again without any issues.
